At Wild Rose T-Shirt, we provide professional screen printing, embroidery, and custom apparel services in Calgary. Below you can find our artwork requirements, approval process, payment terms, and production policies to help your order move smoothly and on time.
Art
Requirements:
- Be a vector image or a minimum of 300dpi if you do not have a vector image available
- Be sized to the correct size for print
- Be labeled with correct Pantone® Solid Coated colors when possible
- Have all text converted to outlines
Absolute Maximum Print Sizes:
Oversize 17" x 23" | Standard Print 14" x 18"
Recommended Maximum Print Sizes:
Printing Over Seams:
Any print larger than these recommendations is very likely to print near or over the seams of the garment. If you wish to have multiple print sizes to prevent printing over seams, each size will be counted and priced as a separate order.
Rights:
Any artwork created by Wild Rose T-Shirt® is owned by Wild Rose T-Shirt® unless ownership is purchased by the customer. All separations are owned by Wild Rose T-Shirt® and will not be sold or shared. The customer must have the rightful owner's approval to print if the customer is not the rightful owner.
Quality & Errors:
Wild Rose T-Shirt® is not responsible for poor printing that is a result of poor artwork, however we do our best to improve the artwork or request higher quality art if we believe it will be an issue. We are not responsible for any errors in the artwork or spelling errors after the art is approved by the customer.
Placement
Placement Margin of Error:
We guarantee that all prints will be within ¾" either direction of the approved placement. However this mostly applies to difficult print locations, our printers have extensive experience and we generally get placements within ½" either direction.
Hoodies/Other Garments:
Printing on garments with buttons, zippers, hoods, or pockets may result in poor registration and ink coverage if the art is over or near any uneven surface.
MOQ
Minimum Order Requirements:
- DTF printing: minimum 6 pieces
- Embroidery: minimum 12 pieces
- Screen printing: minimum 24 pieces
- Vinyl Heat Press: minimum 6 pieces
- Stationery printing or large format printing: no minimums
- Promo items depend on the product (e.g. Pens: 250, Bags: 100, Engraved drinkware: 25)

Payment
Production Deposit:
We require a 50% deposit to place an order and start production. The remaining amount is required to be paid in full once the order is ready to leave the shop.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the print quality or have any other issues, we would be happy to reprint your order and help resolve the problem.
Pricing:
Wild Rose T-Shirt® pricing is subject to change at any time.
Blanks
Garments:
Wild Rose T-Shirt® is not responsible for any manufacturer defects such as color inconsistency, poor stitching, holes, rips, or tears. We do our best to catch these defects. We highly recommend ordering a few extra garments of each size just in case.
Production
Artwork Approval:
All orders need to be approved through email confirmation. We will send you the final proof with all the details including size, color, garment type, and more. Please review it carefully. Once the order is approved, the artwork and garments can't be changed, but we may be able to add more garments to the order.
Photo Approval & Color Accuracy:
We can also send a pre-production photo for your approval, and we do offer sample production with a deposit. Color accuracy is very important to us. We will do our best to match the color shared with us, whether it is a Pantone color or other color codes.
Cancellations:
Cancellations after an order is placed will result in a 15% restocking fee plus any additional fees to cover expenses for services already rendered.
Post Production
Satisfaction:
Any issues must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving the order. Wild Rose T-Shirt® is not responsible for any cost beyond the cost of the garments.
Reprints:
If Wild Rose T-Shirt® is responsible for any errors, send us photos and we will gladly schedule a reprint.
Care:
We highly recommend washing garments on cold and tumble dry on low.
Shipping
General:
Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times. Wild Rose T-Shirt® will not assume responsibility for any errors by the shipping company.

- DTF & Vinyl Heat Press:4–5 Business Days (Rush available)
- Screen Printing:12 Business Days (Rush available)
- Embroidery:12 Business Days (Rush available)
- Promo Items:12–15 Business Days

We also offer free local delivery in Calgary. Please reach out for shipping costs outside Calgary.
