Screen Printing Calgary
High-quality, soft-hand screen printing for Calgary businesses, teams, and brands.
What Is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is the process of printing designs onto various materials using a mesh screen stencil, a squeegee, and ink. Screen printing is commonly used to create t-shirts, posters, and other custom items with high-quality and long-lasting designs.
The stencil is created by blocking out the areas where ink is not intended to pass through, leaving the remaining areas of the stencil open to allow ink to pass through and create the desired design. A garment is loaded onto a pallet, providing a flat printing surface, then the screen is lowered to the garment. The ink is then applied onto the surface of the garment by pressing it through the mesh screen using a squeegee, and then the garment with the newly printed design on it is cured to make it permanent.
At Wild Rose T-Shirt, we specialize in high-quality screen printing. We're known for soft-hand prints, a wide range of ink styles, simulated process / photorealistic prints using plastisol, and fast, reliable turnaround times, with the expertise to bring your design to life in ink.
How It Works
Submit Your Artwork
Send us your logo or design file. We'll prepare it for screen production and send you a digital proof for approval.
Screen Preparation
Each colour in your design gets its own screen. We burn the stencil using UV-sensitive emulsion for sharp, clean edges.
Ink & Print
Garments are loaded onto the press and ink is pulled across each screen in sequence — layer by layer.
Cure & Quality Check
Prints are heat-cured for durability, then every piece is inspected before packing your order.
Why Choose Screen Printing?
Vibrant, Opaque Colours
Thick ink layers produce colours that pop even on dark fabrics.
Extremely Durable
Cured ink bonds to the fabric — prints survive hundreds of washes.
Cost-Effective at Volume
Price per unit drops significantly at higher quantities. Best value at 60+ pieces.
Soft-Hand Feel
Water-based and discharge inks produce a soft, breathable print that feels part of the fabric.
